Legs The Sea Horse.

A new character for the Sendo Rage strange technology magical Universe. "Strange, huh?"

Anyway. Legs the Sea Horse is not really a new character. He was a character of mine made back in 1997 which started out as a cartoony character in strange funny comics I did which hye was out of water, and threw out the years he had different re-carnations until I finally pulled the plug on him in 2001.

It is funny how I still remember this character after that long of the years. I was trying to bring a new character into Sendo Rages universe until I thought of him. Which Cybernetic legs were needed and some Earth-Gear to breath his water in the surface would be much better and creative.

The story with Legs The Sea Horse is that hes from a underwater Kingdom and serve there Aquatic King. Legs is pretty much a techno genius who also went up to the surface to work on technology made by the Moon People "Z-Squad" and he managed to make his very own Earth-Gear and Cybernetic Legs run by magical crystal that can help him walk in the surface. Saieya the Dragon is not the only one who knows how to use magic with technology. ^^

So I am glad to see this character again, and a way that seems cool now. ^^
